2. Data we process

• Online bookings: you book in the hotel's WuBook booking system, embedded on the booking page or opened in a full window. The data you enter there (for example name, contact details, dates of stay and payment details) goes directly to WuBook and the hotel; this website does not receive or store it.
• Cookie choice: a random consent ID, the date, the chosen categories and the version of the cookie settings. No IP address and no name are stored with it.
• Website statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
• Server logs: like every website, the web server records technical access data (IP address, time, requested address) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Processing your booking – performance of a contract and steps taken at your request before entering into it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Website statistics – your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security of the website and proof of your cookie choice – our legitimate interest and legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and (f), Article 7(1)).

4. How long we keep data

• Booking data is kept by the hotel and in the WuBook system for as long as your stay requires and for the periods set by law for guest registration and accounting.
• Proof of cookie consent is kept for up to 400 days.
• Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the hotel's Google Analytics account (at most 14 months).

5. Recipients

Your data is processed by the hotel staff and by the hosting provider of this website. Online bookings are processed in WuBook, the booking system the hotel uses; WuBook's own privacy information is linked inside the booking engine. Google Ireland Limited receives statistics data only if you accept analytics cookies. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google only after you click "Show map".

6. Transfers outside the EU

Google may process statistics data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
